Answers to my refection regarding to this week discussion about Karl Marx and Max Weber
I did not feel defensive when asked to connect your experiences with theory or when challenged to accept the connections of my peers. However, my aspects of the theories and experiences were being challenged me to the experienced that I experienced through out my course of working. I work in a predominately bilingual are that only wants to hire those that speak two laguages. However, those that reside in areas need services that will assist them with networking and finding out at society has to offer. I personally experience that there are not enough services for them or as a person who works with them only knows English can not relate to certain circumstance because I need a translator to assist me with helping a families

There were no interpretations of experiences that I felt were inappropriate. I do take people feelings into consideration when putting my thoughts together. I personally do not want to defense anyone or want people to feel as if they can’t communicate with me.
Although most of the discussion was about Karl Marx and Max Weber seeing how individuals of social status work to gain capitalism
